1. Description
Texture additive was a modified polyethylene wax designed for powder coatingtoget“sand” matting textured effect with excellent anti-wearing performance.Comparedwith the same series products in Market, characteristic as below:lower usageascostdown; good dispersion and gloss stability.

4. Characteristics and application
● Providing excellent hardness, scratch/friction resistance and smoothness
● Silicon-free, good re-coating performance ? Use level range is 0.1-0.3%. To acquire more fine texture, lower gloss powder, add lower dosageofT-2071. To acquire more coarse texture, add higher dosage of T-2071. ? Combing with organic bentonite will provide lower cost and good texture effect. ? Coarse texture powder depends on particle size and texture agent dosage.
● Don't add in flow additive when produce semi-matt one, combine with silica to produce wouldbegoodchoice. ? Prefer to select barium sulfate as the filler , meanwhile, using more flow additive to get smoothness,fine, little-coarse textured finishes.
● Adding 0.2-0.8% very fine talcum powder can enhance edge coverage.
5.Packaging and storage
Polyethylene lining, net weight 20KG caveat; stored in a cool and dry place to avoidmoistureabsorption.In the < 30 ℃ is valid for two years at room temperature.
