Outdoor physical matting agent T-302B
1. Description
T-302B is a non-wax containing and resin based matting agent designed
for applying in TGIC system. It can provide outdoor matting powder by adding
T-302B at the dosage of 1%-4.5%.This chemical system has excellent levelling
and surface fullness with low consumption, suitable for black system. Under
over baking conditions, gloss and color still maintain stable.

Gloss：10-15%4.Precautions
①In the same formulation, gloss may have deviation due to the adoption of different
polyesters . Generally, polyesters with slow reaction speed have lower gloss.
②Less amount of TGIC could be consumed by T-302B. In order to obtain better mechanical
properties, normally excess TGIC and T-302B ratio of about 10/1.
5.Package and storage:
Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags, Net weight is 25kg per bag. Store in cool and dry place to
avoid moisture. According to our experience, the period of validity of this product is at least 2 years
when ambient temperature is below 30 ℃.
