Color flooding agent T-20(TDS)
1. Description
T-20 should be dry-blended with pigments or homogenized with the resins andpigmentsduring extrusion to produce a spot powder. You can then dry-blend with the spot powder andthe wrinkle base powder to create the stable, effective wrinkle pattern. Youarerecommended to incorporate 0.8-1.2% T-20 in hybrid system, 0.3-0.6inepoxy/dicyandiamide system, 0.1-0.6% in epoxy/ matt hardener system.

The size of the texture pattern will be connection with the pill flow of the basepowder. Higher pill flow drive larger texture pattern. You are recommendedtouseepoxy/dicyandiamide base formulation with little quantity of fillers to create the larger cracktexture pattern.
